Checking the connection does not charge anyone. Automatic text messages are not connected yet.

Confirmation emails

Business contact: uniquetastecateringco@gmail.com · 937-654-8843. Connect Brevo with a verified sender and save BREVO_API_KEY as a secret in the website settings. Use the API key, not an SMTP key. Brevo may replace the sending domain for Gmail senders; replies go to your business Gmail.

Retry handles up to three queued or rejected messages. Messages with an uncertain provider response need provider-log review before resending, to avoid duplicates. “Sent” means accepted by the email service, not proof of inbox delivery.

Launch settings

You can save unfinished settings at any time. Turning on live payments requires a pickup schedule, an order policy, and confirmed tax treatment. Christmas and delivery can be added later. Making the website public is a separate publishing step.

Use 24-hour times. Pickup is scheduled every 15 minutes; Thanksgiving delivery every 30 minutes. Each line is a customer-selectable appointment. Slots do not limit the number of orders per time.

Delivery area: within a 15-mile radius of our Dayton Main Office. Addresses are verified before delivery checkout. Add delivery appointment times above to offer delivery booking.

The owner-confirmed pickup and delivery tax setting is 7.5% for Montgomery County, Ohio, added to food only at checkout; the $75 delivery fee is excluded. Confirm the destination rate before expanding delivery to another county. Full-service events are quoted separately.

Paid orders

Check pending payments if a customer paid but their confirmation did not finish. This only checks existing PayPal payments; it does not charge customers.
